><p><strong>Pamen Pereira<\/strong> (El Ferrol, A Coru\u00f1a, 1963) es una artista contempor\u00e1nea espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n<p>Su proceso de creaci\u00f3n, originado generalmente desde su experiencia vital, influida por su estancia en Jap\u00f3n, est\u00e1 vinculado a la naturaleza obteniendo de esta su iconograf\u00eda. Su pr\u00e1ctica art\u00edstica abarca una gran variedad de medios, g\u00e9neros y disciplinas, desde la historia pol\u00edtica hasta estudios de g\u00e9nero y sociolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Han expuesto en diversos eventos internacionales, entre otros: ENT Rotterdam, Liverpool Biennial, 19\u00aa Sydney Biennale, Centre for Contemporary Arts de Glasgow, o en la 54th Bienal de Venecia.<\/p>\n<p><a obra se encuentra catalogada y presente en numerosas colecciones tanto privadas como institucionales como pueden ser museos y centros de arte como The Metropolitan Museum of Art de New York, el Museum of Modern Art de New York o el Museum of Contemporary Art de Chicago; y en Espa\u00f1a en el Museo nacional de Arte contemporaneo Reina Sofia, la Fundacion Caja Madrid, la Fundaci\u00f3n Caixa de Pensions de Barcelona o la Colecci\u00f3n Fundaci\u00f3n Coca-Cola Juan Manuel S\u00e1inz de Vicu\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Unas de sus \u00faltimas exposiciones han sido:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJoking Holes: Un que esta artista utiliza son muy variados, desde la fotograf\u00eda, a la performance, pasando por las instalaciones, dibujo y hasta bordados.<\/p>\n<p>Ha participado en gran n\u00famero de exposiciones en Espa\u00f1a y el extranjero. su obra se ha exhibido en lugares como el Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art en Tesal\u00f3nica (Grecia), el Contemporary Arts Center de Nueva York, el Centre National d\u2019Art et du Paysage de Vassivi\u00e8re o el Modern Sanat Muzesi de Estambul, entre muchos otros.<\/p>\n<p><a
