Investigadora postdoctoral en la1 unidad IRCAM-CNRS de Par\u00eds (1996-1998), donde lleva a cabo una investigaci\u00f3n sobre el espacio sonoro en la m\u00fasica contempor\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<p>Se hizo cargo de la edici\u00f3n y traducci\u00f3n de John Cage,\u00a0<em>Escritos al o\u00eddo\u00a0<\/em>(1999) y es autora de\u00a0<em>La escucha oblicua: una invitaci\u00f3n a John Cage<\/em>\u00a0(2001, versi\u00f3n francesa en\u00a0<em>Approche de John Cage. L\u2019\u00e9coute oblique<\/em>, 2007, galardonado en 2008 con el Coup de Coeur en Publicaciones de M\u00fasica Contempor\u00e1nea de la Academia Charles Cross);\u00a0<em>Robert Wilson<\/em>\u00a0(en colaboraci\u00f3n con Miguel Morey, 2003);\u00a0<em>Las TIC: una reflexi\u00f3n filos\u00f3fica<\/em>\u00a0(2009) y\u00a0<em>En el mar de John Cage<\/em>\u00a0(2009).<\/p>\n<p>Ha colaborado en obras colectivas, entre ellas\u00a0<em>Pr\u00e9sences de Iannis Xenakis \/ Presences of Iannis Xenakis<\/em>, (2001);\u00a0<em>Musiques, Arts, Technologies. Vive en Madrid y Barcelona -donde trabaja como profesora en el Departamento de Artes Visuales y Dise\u00f1o de la Universidad de Barcelona-, y es\u00a0miembro de varios grupos de investigaci\u00f3n en torno a la representaci\u00f3n y sus relaciones contextuales. Desde 1998, Mar\u00eda Ruido viene desarrollando proyectos interdisciplinares sobre la construcci\u00f3n social del cuerpo y la identidad, los imaginarios del trabajo en el capitalismo postfordista, y sobre la construcci\u00f3n de la memoria y sus relaciones con las formas narrativas de la historia, y m\u00e1s recientemente trabaja en torno a las nuevas formas de los imaginarios decoloniales y a sus posibilidades emancipatorias.<\/p>\n<p>Entre sus producciones destacan los ensayos documentales \u201cLa memoria interior\u201d (2002), \u201ctiempo real\u201d (2003), \u201cFicciones anfibias\u201d (2005), \u201cPlan Rosebud (I y II)\u201d (2008), \u201cElectroClass\u201d (2011), \u201cLe r\u00eave est fini\u201d (2014), \u201cL\u00b4oeil imp\u00e9ratif\u201d (2015), \u201cMater Amat\u00edsima\u201d (2017) y \u201cEstado de malestar\u201d (2019).
